"User-Friendly for Launching Your Beauty Brand"
I’m really blown away by their range of products and the regular updates to the software they keep rolling out. Here’s hoping they’ll soon add a feature for us to design our own packaging images instead of relying on someone else. Keira is just amazing and super supportive. Now comes the tough part—getting my brand noticed and racking up those sales. Big thanks to ViaGlamour and Keira for everything!

I can’t help but rave about this app and the folks who run it. If you reach out with a question, they get back to you in about 10 minutes and are incredibly helpful. I’ve ordered several items, and the quality is top-notch, just as good as the big brands. Really pleased with everything so far!

"Fantastic Products and Service!"
I was really impressed with the items I received. This app is definitely one of Shopify’s hidden gems, in my opinion. I was shocked at how much support they provided to get my shop off the ground. It’s not only that they offer a ton of vegan options, but there’s also a whole section on the site where you can customize the shipping boxes for your products! I used a kraft box for my samples, complete with my logo on it. Rose kindly asked me to share my thoughts after she helped me add swatches to my site. Everything has been fantastic so far.

I’m all about that ‘French Girl’ approach to putting on makeup. The less fuss, the better! The sample pack I received was quite lovely, and I appreciate the ingredients they picked for my items. Just simple and natural. Tyy 🥰🥰

"Awesome items, but I'm uncertain about sticking with this brand"
The items are fantastic, and they really simplify the creation process, but the prices have been climbing, making it tough to turn a profit. Plus, there are some communication problems in the app dashboard. You can’t always tell if the info you’re seeing is right, which makes it tricky to reassure worried customers when you can’t even clearly explain their order status. I’m beginning to explore other options.

I truly have a great time using this platform; it's enjoyable and lets me express my creativity. There have been numerous updates that have improved the overall experience, making everything run much more smoothly than it used to, and the speed issues have been fixed.

"Extremely let down"
I'm really let down! The site is super slow.........takes ages to load, can't change themes. Overall, I'm having a terrible time. I was excited to kick off my business, but even back when I used Shopify, VG was still dealing with the same issues. I have no trouble reaching out to the support team, but the problems just keep hanging around. Even when I check my store online, it loads slowly and/or shows errors. How embarrassing is that, and what a waste of my cash.

"Utterly Displeased"
Avoid this company if you want to steer clear of long waits for your customers' orders. I reached out to them several times about 5 out of 7 orders taking around 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. They often leave your messages hanging for days, and it’s only when you’re fed up that someone finally gets back to you with a half-hearted apology and a so-so solution to keep you on board. I'm looking into other companies to find a better option that won’t leave my customers frustrated with all this waiting while I struggle to get a response from glamour, if I even get one.

"Missed Chances"
It takes them ages to reply to emails, and there are constant issues on the website. Even making a small item can take days. Plus, they keep promoting new features but end up rolling them back every time. Just a real lack of opportunities.

"Kicked off my line a couple of months back with…"
Kicked off my line a couple of months back thanks to Via glamour, and it was super easy to collaborate with them. I did run into some problems with hairs and dark specks on brand new lipsticks right out of the box, plus it sometimes took ages for them to give the green light on product designs. But all in all, it’s been a fun ride working with them, and I’m excited to see where this journey leads me.
